The Heritage Hjemkomst Interpretive Center features several exciting exhibits relating to the history, specifically the Scandinavian history, of the region. Visitors to the museum can gaze at the mighty Hjemkomst boat, a Viking-style boat that was sailed from Duluth all the way to Oslo, Norway in 1982. The building which houses the center also contains the Clay County Museum and its extensive county record archives. The museum is located in Viking Ship Park, near the Moorhead Center Mall.
Open Mon. - Sat. 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.; Sun. noon - 5:00 p.m.
Adults $6; Seniors and Students $5; Children (5-17) $4; Children 4 and under are free.
